The Refund Policy

Our refund policy at Reel Busy Sportfishing is that if you cancel your booking (trip) earlier than 3 days prior to your trip you will be refunded your deposit and any money that you paid towards your trip in full.

If you cancel your trip within 1 to 3 days prior of  your trip, you will lose your deposit and be refunded the remaining paid balance of your trip 

If you cancel your trip the day of you will lose your deposit and be charged an additional 50% of the total trip plus an additional 20% as gratuity for the mate.
If you do not show up for your trip within an hour of the start time without communication with the Captain you will lose your deposit and be charged an additional 50% of the total trip plus an additional 20% as gratuity for the mate.

Any trips canceled by the Capt. for any reason will work on an alternative date for the same type of trip. Or will be refunded in full.
